WQC Committees- Volunteers needed
What does the WQC do and how you can help -
Membership- Lumon McCreary
Support and participation of members is vitally important for the growth and success of our club. We directly support funding of football program activities. We can accomplish great things with active participation. Membership packages are being offered with incentives. Membership is required for all players. We need members to support committee activities.
Sponsorship- Connie Smith
Gaining business and corporate sponsorships will help increase funding needed to support football program activities. The committee will actively pursue marketing sponsorship packages for sale or trade of local business advertisements and/or services.
Ideas include - stadium fence signs, scoreboard signs, Media Guide ad sales (in coordination with SpiritBoosters), website sponsor ads, Business signs 24” x 18” “Go Indians” to display in local businesses, tents/water cooler sponsors for Jamboree.
Reserved Seats- Demetrius Chappell
The reserved Seat section in the stadium is managed by the WQC. Sales of the reserved seats fund WQC activities in support of the football program. There are 512 seats available for purchase. Everyone (parents, family members, sports lovers, local community as well as businesses) appreciates and enjoys having a “reserved” seat for every home game during the regular season. Win-Win for all, great seats and helping to provide funds to the football program.
The Reserved Seating Committee will actively pursue sales of the reserved seats prior to the football season. Reserved seats are also available in Membership and Sponsorship packages. Unsold seats will be sold on a limited basis as “seat upgrades” offered prior to each game.
The fundraising committee will manage all fundraising activities needed to support expenses of the football program. The committee will develop a list of planned activities and develop a fundraising schedule. Plans to include players participation in some activities.
